Many people struggling to manage all of life's difficulties find themselves slipping into the gap in between paychecks and other sources of income without the financial means to pay their obligations. Here are a few true stories of people assisted during those “in between times.”
Paycheck
He had gotten a job in Bozeman but the first paycheck was 3 weeks away with no way to get back and forth to work—who will help with gas so he can keep his job?
Cancer Treatment
Their 5-year-old daughter has leukemia, but they don't have the gas to get her back and forth to Salt Lake City for her lifesaving treatments—who will provide the gas?
Soldier’s Family
Her husband's soldier pay has been delayed, and he can't be contacted in the combat zone; there's not a speck of food in the cupboards, she is sick and in pain but can't go to the doctor because there's no gas in the car and there’s no one to watch their two small children.......Who will help in her despair?
Homeless
He has been homeless since arriving in town, walking around and around applying for jobs, his money is gone, there’s nowhere to sleep or bathe, the depression is taking over and he is sitting by First Interstate Bank planning to end it all because no one cares.. ......Who will save his life that day?
